Our Survey Process
- Visual Inspection – We undertake an extensive assessment of the external condition of the property evaluating factors such as brickwork, pointing & ground levels. Internally we ascertain the cause of any visible signs of damp, mould or condensation.
- Technical Inspection & Testing – Following our detailed visual inspection, the surveyor will obtain levels of moisture content, relative humidity. We will also use thermal imaging in order to identify any cold air ingress/heat loss, in turn highlighting ingress points for dampness.
- Written Report With Repair Costings – Once our internal and external assessments have been completed, the surveyor will produce a comprehensive and detailed report identifying any damp, mould and condensation. All causes, technical data as well as recommendations will be detailed with estimated costings for any required works.

Detailed Inspection And Report!
